hell ya ~!!! hahas timmin for 2.4 become 9.16 already ~!!! wahahaa but hor i ask around like everyone can do even faster sia .. hahas terry say his best was 9.15 .. faster then me by .1min ... arghhh zhilong .. 8.4+ wth lo ... then hardy 9 flat ... grrr .. liddit how i can b PTI ??? =.= like slow lei .. haiz ... then pull up onli 8 .. =.= then standin board jump hor .. 233 onli ~!!! arghhh 234 is gold .. arghhhh 1 cm to gold sia .. haiz ... like cannot make it sia .. hahas but i wanna go PIT course now ... cause if i got in i'll be the 1st few person from Pes BP to go PIT ~!!!! hahas so fun ~!! then can b sure i'll b coming back to coy line to teacht he Pes BP next time ~!!! hahas ... then ya after i completed my 2.4 then started raining so technially i'm the onli one who completed 2.4 sia .. hahas my friend behind me was just bout 100m away onli lo .. haiz ... must jia you lots lots ^^
hmm ya then yesterday aft bookin out sup to meet huat go woodlands to play ball but in the end he don wan play already then never go woodlands play so end up in AMKCC ... ppl training .. so waited and waited lo .. hahas in the end play 1v1 hahas 1 ball ... lose to hardy lo .. hahas also kana fake by him many many times lo .. hahas can see he changed ... become better ... hahas very good ~!!! hahas
ya then this morning went to find wee kiat to play ball .. at his house court play for 2 match then wanted to go to seng kang cc to play .. hahas cause there got many many pro and got mei mei ... hahas but reach there .. ppl playing match .. sian 1/2 lo .. hahas waitin for them to finish was like .. LoOoOoNnNnGggG lo .. hahas then FINALLY they finish hahas then go play ball .. then got some semi pro ppl come ... better then me but not that better .. hahas oh ya and
NO MEI MEI IN SIGHT .... monday we because of a very minor thing kana very tiring thing .. so minor that i don even remenber what it is .. hahas kkz so we kana

hi all been feeling very tired ... past 2 day also went back store .. no chance to see rani but hope she's well ... been playing basketball and basketball ...

can anione tell me why ??? after breakin up can't 2 person still b friends ? i belive that it's possiable but ... 1stly she reply my msg very shortly say if i ask a friend how's his/her week .. normal person would reply say.. yea fine and go on talkin bout it or good and ask bout mine ... but her replies were like great ... done ... it's a form of sayin don wanna chat wif me ... i know it but still ...

hi hi all .. this week was a tired week sia ... hahas monday have ippt test ... wa lao eh .... i run 8.42 sia ~!!! hahas reach gold timming .. hahas so happy but very stress sia .. hahas the instructors wan me to get gold .. my pull up onli 4 .. how to get gold ??? gold need 12 sia .. hahas
kkz then tired all the way lo hahas just now book out go back store help out awhile .. hahas later going back again ... at 7 and now's 0207 and i'm not in bed ... hahas ya so aiya is i tired la .. then today ippt again ... timmin dropped become 10.08 ... hahas and i'm tired ...

wah lao eh ... my IPPT still fail ... sian lo ... took it yesterday in camp ... hais ... fail my pull up .. >.< 4 onli .. but bit not fail ar .. cause on thurs we 4 lessons training training training and training ... kns lo .. hahas but i think is excuse lo .. hahas then starting from now every monday and friday is our IPPT ... SIAN 1/2 need to run 2.4 every time ... hais .. oh and my results were ...
PULL UP --> 4
SIT UP --> 46/min
STANDING BOARD JUMP --> 2.22
SHUTTER RUN --> 9.7 ^^
2.4 KM RUN cum JOG --> 10.23
also when i run 2.4 i come in 1st ... hahas but stress .. hahas cause when kana over take by ppl next time hor ... other ppl will laugh at me de .. hahas sian ...will try my best la nevertheless
oh ya ... one happy note .. my CPL ask me if i wanna b PTI sia ^^ hahas but i don wan cause ver xiong ... hahas that means i have potential sia ^^ hahas ... then i'll go train slowly by myself hahas cause if go PTI course they i'll need to go for conditioning course 1st hahas that last for 3 month ... hahas then to become PTI need to take PTI course ... hahas then by that time donno when already lo ... hahas oh then my CPL recommend 2 other ppl to go for the course .. hahas yaya hmmm then my instructors all wan me to get GOLD sia for IPPT ... donno how lo ... when go to sec school never get pass before la .. then now left 5 weeks how to get gold ??? hahas

STANDING BOARD JUMP --> i fogrget 240++ or 250++ hahas
PULL UP -->12
SIT UP --> MORE THEN 40
SHUTTER RUN --> LESS THEN 10.2
2.4 KM --> LESS THEN 9.44
cannot reach in such a short timming right ... my most concern is pull up and SBJ and 2.4 lo .. hahas hahas ya ...
