hi hi all .. this week was a tired week sia ... hahas monday have ippt test ... wa lao eh .... i run 8.42 sia ~!!! hahas reach gold timming .. hahas so happy but very stress sia .. hahas the instructors wan me to get gold .. my pull up onli 4 .. how to get gold ??? gold need 12 sia .. hahas

kkz then tired all the way lo hahas just now book out go back store help out awhile .. hahas later going back again ... at 7 and now's 0207 and i'm not in bed ... hahas ya so aiya is i tired la .. then today ippt again ... timmin dropped become 10.08 ... hahas and i'm tired ...
